BVD were commissioned to design and implement a new visitor wayfinding and orientation system for the sanctuary. The development of the new Orientation system specifically addressed the need of the Sanctuary to ‘self-manage’ the wayfinding. As new paths were opened, and others closed the system had to be able to adapt accordingly. A new visitor map was also created.
